VISION STATEMENT

 

A fellowship where Christ is our center, the Bible is our foundation and the hurting, lost, lonely, and suffering can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance and salvation.

 

A body of believers, with a zeal to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with countless others, starting right here in Gray Town Smithfield, and equipping every believer for a significant ministry whereby they too can help reach others.

 

 

 

MISSION STATEMENT
 

To bring (lead) people to Christ and membership in the body, develop them to Christ-like maturity, and equip them for their ministry in the church (body of Christ) and their life's mission in the world, all in order to magnify God's name.

 

The Great Commandment:  . . . love the Lord thy God, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thou mind . . . . love your neighbor as yourself.  There is no greater commandment than these.

The Great Commission: Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, and teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you.                                                                                                      Matthew 28:19-20
