Church "New" Piano Project

 

Our church was started in 1929, and music has always been an important part of our worship.  Scriptures tell us to "make a joyful noise unto the LORD...." (Psalm 98:4), with all kinds of musical instruments (Psalm 150:3-5).  The piano has always been among our musical instruments, and we dearly miss its melodious sound in our services.  Music many times can express the mood and emotions of the soul like nothing else can.  

 

The age and condition of our current baby grand piano is a poor reflection of its former days, after 20+ years.  It would cost more to repair/refurbish it than to purchase a "new" used baby grand.  We are asking for monetary donations to help us raise $5,500.00 for the purchase, and delivery of a "new" chruch piano.  Any amount will be greatly appreciated.  All donations are tax deductible.
